Lowongan Kerja BUMN – PT Jawa Satu Power adalah Badan Usaha Patungan antara PT Pertamina Power Indonesia, Garuda Power Holdings BV, dan Sojitz Global Investment BV yang didirikan pada 05 Desember 2016 sebagai Perusahaan Tujuan Khusus dalam menjalankan, mengendalikan, dan mengelola aset Jawa-1 Power Kegiatan bisnis pabrik, yang berfungsi sebagai pembangkit listrik tenaga gas terbesar dengan teknologi CCGT di Asia Tenggara. Perusahaan menjalankan bisnisnya secara profesional dengan menjunjung tinggi Prinsip Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang efektif dan efisien untuk memberikan nilai tambah yang berkelanjutan bagi Indonesia melalui pasokan listrik yang stabil.

Dalam rangka mewujudkan peran BUMN sebagai mesin pertumbuhan ekonomi, akselerator kesejahteraan sosial (social welfare), penyediaan lapangan kerja dan penyedia talenta, dibutuhkan transformasi SDM BUMN, salah satunya melalui penetapan Nilai-nilai Utama (Core Values) SDM BUMN sebagai identitas dan perekat budaya kerja yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja secara berkelanjutan. We’re Looking for You
As a Corporate Secretary Staff, you will be responsible for supporting corporate secretary functions, governance documentation, corporate reporting, and corporate communication activities to ensure smooth coordination and compliance with Company procedures and applicable regulations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting preparation and monitoring of budgets related to corporate secretary and corporate communication activities
- Assisting in the preparation of annual work plans and coordination of internal and external corporate secretary activities
- Preparing, evaluating, and maintaining SOPs, governance documents, correspondence, policies, and corporate administration records
- Supporting documentation readiness and administrative processes related to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners
- Assisting in the preparation and management approval process of corporate reports, including monthly reports, annual reports, and other mandatory reports
- Ensuring completeness and proper organization of corporate documents in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulations
- Supporting internal and external corporate communication activities, including media publications and communication programs
- Coordinating and supporting important corporate agendas, meetings, and management activities
- Coordinating with internal departments and external parties regarding governance and communication-related matters
- Supporting administrative and documentation needs related to Board activities and development programs
- Performing other corporate secretary-related assignments as required by management
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Management, Communication, Business Administration, or other related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate secretary, corporate governance, legal administration, or corporate communication functions is preferred
- Exposure to board-level documentation and corporate reporting processes will be an advantage
- Understanding of corporate governance practices, documentation control, and reporting requirements
- Knowledge of corporate communication and media publication processes
- Familiarity with budgeting support, work plan preparation, and document management systems
- Strong coordination, organizational, and administrative skills
- Ability to manage multiple documents, timelines, and agendas accurately
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity in handling corporate matters
- Fast learner, resilient, and able to work in a dynamic environment
