Lowongan Kerja BUMN – PT Aero Systems Indonesia (Garuda Indonesia Group) atau ASYST adalah penyedia IT yang berfokus pada industri transportasi dan perjalanan. Produk dan layanan ASYST mencakup Solusi Maskapai, Transportasi dan Perjalanan; Hosting Infrastruktur dan Layanan yang Dikelola; Integrasi Sistem dan Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak serta Konsultasi Bisnis. Dalam rangka mewujudkan peran BUMN sebagai mesin pertumbuhan ekonomi, akselerator kesejahteraan sosial (social welfare), penyediaan lapangan kerja dan penyedia talenta, dibutuhkan transformasi SDM BUMN, salah satunya melalui penetapan Nilai-nilai Utama (Core Values) SDM BUMN sebagai identitas dan perekat budaya kerja yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja secara berkelanjutan. 1. Commercial Trainee
Our Commercial Development Program is designed for talented individuals who are eager to kickstart their careers in the dynamic fields of commerce within the technology sector. This comprehensive program provides participants with hands-on experience and structured learning opportunities across various facets of commercial functions such as sales, pre-sales, sales support, customer relations, and service level management.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of working experience
- Bachelor’s degree from IT related majors
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in the commercial field within the technology industry
- Interest and familiarity with IT trends and innovations
- Good communication skills and fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to participate in a 1-year on-the-job training program and commit to a minimum of 2 years of employment post-training
- Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area)
2. Fullstack Developer Trainee
As a Fullstack Developer Trainee, you will be a part of DEEP (Developer Development Program), a year-long jouney program designed to foster the professional growth of fresh graduates in the field of software development. You will work as part of a team to develop, implement, and maintain software applications, code, and interfaces. Additionally, you will provide support for the company’s software products and services, as well as collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify areas for product and service improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of experience
- Willing to join the 1-year development program
- Has a good personality, teamwork, and eagerness to learn new knowledge
- Has interest in application programming (Java/PHP/.NET/JavaScript/Python)
- Has experience with other object-oriented languages are advantageous
- Understand the state of the art software development technology
- Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed hybrid at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area)
3. Legal Officer Trainee
Description:
- Serves as the in-house legal counsel and provides legal advice to management and others regarding proposals or anticipated actions.
- Prepares legal documents and drafts of contracts related to the company’s business.
- Drafts, reviews, and interprets contracts and other documentation related to the company’s business.
- Mantains all the company’s legal documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in law, fresh graduate or less than 1 year experience.
- Knowledge of corporate laws, rules, and regulations related to company.
- Capability of legal written and oral communication skills.
- Capability of work internally & externally in a professional manner.
- Capability of performing legal and factual research, prepare legal business letters, documents, and contracts.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the Legal English.
- Willingness to participate in a 1-year on-the-job training program and commit to a minimum of 2 years of employment post-training.

4. Project Management Trainee
A 1-year development program to develop your skills in project management area.
Description:
- Supporting Project Management Department for administration tasks
- Handling basic Project administrative tasks, such as preparation of project documentation, daily activities reports every week, filling all activities project documents and etc
- Coordinate all document reconciliation with other departments related to project standards and project billing
- Does other selective tasks given by Manager Project Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
- Fresh Graduate or max. 1-year experience in IT Industry
- Willing to join 1-year Trainee Program
- Expert in operating Ms. Office
- Have excellent communication & administration skills
- Good understanding of Project Management
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
