Lowongan Kerja BUMN PT AXA Mandiri Financial Services
1. INVESTMENT ANALYST
Responsibility:
- Direct and control the accurate and timely preparation of all investment non unit link reports (both external and internal parties) for investment management decision making.
- Ensure company’s investments comply with Investment Policy and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure investments adhere to HK/ Regional investment polisies and mandates and comply with group guideline. Suggest improvements to HK investment policies and processes.
- In Charge in investment transaction, liaise and report the performance of third party investment services providers
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree (Economics, Finance/ Accounting)
- 2 years experience in Investment/ Finance/ Accounting
Knowledge & Technical Skill:
- Good knowledge of capital market & banking practices WMI license preferable
2. CUSTOMER VALUE & PERSISTENCY MANAGER
Responsibility:
- Develop and lead key initiatives on cross-selling and upselling activities to existing (in-force) customers.
- Develop and lead key initiatives win back customers who have lapsed/surrendered their policy (non in-force customers).
- Lead key initiatives on Persistency related for each channel (IBC, TM, DD, others).
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer retention and persistency.
- Conduct monthly Persistency working team discussions to obtain alignment from key stakeholders as stipulated in the Persistency Committee TOR.
- Monitor Persistency dashboard & reporting exercises.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, actuarial science, mathematics, business, marketing or any related field propose
- At least 5 years in life insurance industry in in-force management, persistency, customer experience and/or sales
Knowledge & Technical Skill:
- Strategic thinking, customer focus, continuous improvement, customer experience, marketing, industry experience identitying market opportunity
- Proficient in Excel and English (in both oral & written form)
- Good presentation skills (in both Bahasa Indonesia and in English)
3. SALES STRATEGY AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Responsibility:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: provide regular report and analysis of sales performance. Requiring the ability to process data effectively, whether it’s for analytical purposes, reporting, or data-driven decision-making. This includes presenting insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
- Performance Management: monitoring and evaluating sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies. This includes identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance sales team performance.
- Presentation Specialist: deliver high-quality presentation that include incorporating data and analysis, organizing content, designing layout, graphics and visual. This may involve collaborating with respective functions to create impactful presentations.
- Team Development: provide guidance and support to team members, monitoring progress, and ensuring that tasks are completed according to schedule, including conducting regular coaching and performance evaluations.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree (S1), Business Management or any relevant education background
- Min. 3 years working experience in Sales Strategy, Sales performance, Sales incentive & commission, and any relevant field
Knowledge & Technical Skill:
- Intermediate in problem solving, computational thinking, communication & creative thinking
- Intermediate in sales strategy, sales target management
- Intermediate business acumen and analytical thinking
- Sound knowledge of the life insurance business, products and processes Intermediate in SQL and/or presentation skill
4. DPLK KEY ACCOUNT
Responsibility:
- Maintain good relationship with Key Client to cater their ongoing needs and concerns.
- Arrange Regular Meeting and liaise with related parties to conduct Investment update to 20 biggest clients.
- Perform socialization of DPLK product to specific participant/ client if necessary
- Perform Pension Campaign activities (e.g.: new product campaign) through socialization/ literacy in order to attract potential new business
- Perform socialization to update new regulation or internal process changes to alternate distribution channel (e.g: Bank Mandiri Branch)
- Follow up New Business Pipeline and provide action plan if needed
- Verify new clients documents and follow up incomplete and pending ones
- Prepare the DPLK agreements (e.g. inception, endorsement)
Qualification:
- Min. bachelor’s degree from any major
- Min. 3 years experience in financial services industry (preferably from Pension Fund)
- Pension Fund Certification
Knowledge & Technical Skill:
- Knowledge of pension fund, labor law, investment, concept of retirement planning and tax

5. LIFE & FINANCIAL RISK MANAGEMENT MANAGER
Responsibility:
- Develops financial risk management tools and practices to analyze and report on financial market risk and to manage risks according to a financial risk management framework and relevant policies.
- Ensure the organization’s financial risk management policies, limits, and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations, and strategic imperatives of the organization.
- Develop a formal second opinion on key financial and other business decisions, including investments, ALM, product development and pricing, capital management and distribution compensation.
- Ensure that effective life risk management frameworks are established and implemented in the AXA Indonesia to comply with AXA Group and local risk management requirements and to manage risks that may threaten attainment of AXA’s strategies and goals in Indonesia.
- Contribute to the best practice guidelines, standards, processes and quality control on xperience studies, assumption setting, bonus methodology and recommendations, product pricing and product risk review, distribution compensation review, and any other risk matters relating to life business of AXA Indonesia.
Qualification:
- Actuarial/Accountancy/ Finance/ Business Administration/Risk Management or similar degree
- Fellow of a recognized actuarial institute is preferred
- The successful candidate is likely to have at least 5 years of experience in a financial
- Services including at least 2 years of managerial experience

6. DATA ARCHITECT & GOVERNANCE MANAGER
Responsibility:
- Design, implement, and maintain data architecture framework and standards.
- Ensure high data quality through continuous monitoring and improvement initiatives.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead continuous improvement effort by adopting new technologies and optimizing data systems to enhance performance, scalability, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the data team, ensuring high performance and retention.
- Collaborate with business units to align data strategies with business need.
- Effectively communicate data architecture, quality, and governance strategies to stakeholder
- Identify and mitigate data related risks, ensuring data security and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular data quality audits and governance council meetings to maintain standards.
- Implement measures to protect data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in informatics engineering, computer science, information Technology, or related discipline.

7. JUNIOR ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT
Responsibility:
- Identify company vision, business initiatives, technology disruption, current landscape and future landscape from stakeholder
- Working Closely with PMO Team and CTO Leader to create estimation
- Create stratplan document and present to stakeholder
- Working closely with PMO to conduct reprioritization process based on company strategy
- Giving consultation to business user during business case preparation
- Working closely with Solution Architect and Cloud Architect to create solution for approved project in stratplan or unbudgeted project
- Working closely with project management and other delivery team to make sure project implemented and run as planned
- Conduct continuous improvement based on existing process in every IT Services Delivery Phase (Planning, Design, Development and Operation)
- Collaborate with solution architect, business architect, system analyst, IT Operation, IT Governance, Data Innovation, IT Security to create roadmap containing business capability mapping, current and future architecture, and migration strategy
Qualification:
